Halen Môn - Pure Sea Salt Roasted Garlic
Sea salt was made on the island of Anglesey up until the late eighteenth century when it was halted after makers were fined for adulterating the sea brine with Cheshire rock salt.
Today, `Halen Môn have resurrected this age-old craft by combining traditional hand harvesting with brand new technology to produce the crunchy white flakes, the perfect cooking salt. Unlike their predecessors, however, they don’t add anything. The salt is kept as pure as possible retaining all its minerals.
Slow roasted garlic and Pure Sea Salt is a very happy marriage.
Easily adds flavour to:
- Roasted rosemary potatoes
- A simple bruschetta starter
- Pan-fried chilli prawns
- Crispy roasted chickpeas or nuts

All knives ship via an age verified service in accordance with The Offensive Weapons Act 2019, which will mean the postie will need you to be in to receive the delivery & to check your ID if you look under 25.
The law also requires us to carry out a soft age check of the purchaser after checkout, this is done by an automated system that usually doesn't require your input, although we will need to contact you for proof of age if you fail, which can sometimes happen if you use a work address.
