Halen Môn - 'Pinch Me' tin
A ridiculously cute tin that’s also rather useful. Filled with just more than a pinch of our Pure Sea Salt.
Sea salt was made on the island of Anglesey up until the late eighteenth century when it was halted after makers were fined for adulterating the sea brine with Cheshire rock salt.
Today, `Halen Môn have resurrected this age-old craft by combining traditional hand harvesting with brand new technology to produce the crunchy white flakes, the perfect cooking salt. Unlike their predecessors, however, they don’t add anything. The salt is kept as pure as possible retaining all its minerals.
