Teddy's Wood Wax
Give those knife handles a drink!
Repeated washing and drying of wooden handles strips them of their natural oils, they become dry and pale and this can eventually lead to splintering.The same goes for wooden chopping boards and pretty much anything else wooden that gets washed and dried frequently.
Combat this by applying a nice coating of Teddy's Wood Wax, allow it to sit for a couple of hours before wiping away anything left the surface.
For very dry handles it might be necessary to give them a light sanding first, just to smooth out the weathered surface.
Repeat these steps every now and then until they're back to their luscious self, then again whenever they're starting to look tired.
