Chorrito Hot Sauce - Jalapeño Apple Tequila
Small batch hot sauce handmade in Edinburgh.
This unique Verde Inspired hot sauce is made using the freshest green Jalapeños, zesty green apples & aged, reposado tequila, giving the sauce a wonderful rich depth. Fresh limes, roasted garlic, onions, ginger & coriander bring the flavours together for a mouthwateringly balanced mild heat.
Ingredients: Jalapeño, green apple, onion, bell pepper, tequila, lime, ginger, garlic, dried ghost chilli, coriander, root ginger, apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, sea salt, black pepper, olive oil.
