When you get to our checkout page you should be assigned with one of 3 options,
Local delivery – If you live in or around our home town of Ilkley, West Yorkshire, we will happily drop your purchase off with you at home, once your order is compete we’ll get in touch and arrange a convenient time. Local drop off covers Addingham, Ilkley and Burley in Wharfedale.
Standard UK delivery – Orders under £50 are subject to a £4 delivery charge and will generally be posted via Hermes courrier service (2-3 days from drop off).
Free delivery – Orders over £50 are delivered free of charge. Whenever possible, knives and items with a value of £100 or over will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® and should be with you the next day after posting, all other orders will be dispatched via Hermes Courrier service (2-3 days from drop off).
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order.
In an effort to minimise our environmental impact, we encourage our customers to try and reuse the packaging we ship items in, we will reuse packaging to ship items when we can but this isn’t often possible. If you can’t re-use then please recycle or compost (even better!) your waste packaging. All our packaging (including tape and packing material) is plastic free.
We will gladly post overseas, please contact us for prices.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, if for some reason you aren’t we will gladly refund or exchange your item.
- Please contact us as soon as possible and within 21 days of purchase.
- Buyer is liable for postal costs incurred.
- We are not able to exchange or refund any items that have been used.
If your purchase is in some way faulty or damaged then please get in touch straight away with photos of the product (and all of it’s packaging if it has been damaged in transit) at email@example.com

- We will refund or exchange your item in accordance with current consumer rights legislation.
